Young Restaurant Workers: Tools for Mental Well-Being

DOWNLOAD TWO TOOLS BUT READ THIS FIRST

We have developed dozens of tools for easy use in restaurant settings to help show support for the health and well-being of young workers.

There is a catch! By themselves, these tools will not make your workplace a healthy culture. They are best used as part of a broader effort over a period of time.

Tools here are part of our evidence-based TEAM RESILIENCE program that was originally developed in 2008 in collaboration with TGI Fridays, the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers, and consultation with the National Restaurant Association.

The full program has been recognized by the US Surgeon General for its effectiveness in reducing behavioral risks.
