Shawn works across the projects at OWLS performing data analysis and formative program evaluation. His interests are in social and health psychology mainly in the areas of organizational climate, subjective norms, stigma and trust as influences on worksite health promotion programs. He is currently focused on analyzing the moderating effects of wellness climate and coworker drug use norms on the effectiveness of the Team Awareness and Healthy Choices prevention trainings in small businesses.
