Dr. Linde is interested in a diverse set of topics as pertains to well-being across the lifespan. This includes the study of leisure, health, and human development. Past projects include studies in the health and well-being of youth in military families, community capacity building, designing and implementing behavioral health interventions in the U.S. Air Force, and expertise in Motivational Interviewing and Screening, Brief Interventions and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) in a variety of settings and populations. Gale M. Lucas joined the OWLS team as Director of Research in 2016. She specializes in designing and testing technology, interventions and training to improve health, mental health, and resilience, as well as social skills like communication, negotiation and leadership. She earned her Ph.D. from Northwestern University in Psychology and completed her post-doctoral training at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies. David Steed joined the OWLS team as the VP of Business development in March of 2015. He has previously led business development efforts in the Corporate Learning space for companies such as General Dynamics, Pearson, Adobe and Oracle. David is responsible for creating go to market strategies, sales readiness, sales channel identification and direct sales. David is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Economics. Creative Strategy and Media Associate
Michaela Conley, MA, MCHES combines web design and social media strategy with a broad and ever-developing knowledge expertise in the field of health promotion, professional development of health promotion specialists, and more specifically in the field of workplace wellness. She has worked with OWLS since 2008 on a variety of projects and assists in the delivery of our Wellness Champion Certification and the management of our champion community of practice portal. Michaela consults and engineers on web content design, social marketing, social media for OWLS, and helps OWLS with strategic partnership agreements with clients.
Michelle Zadrozny brings 15+ years of social work, community health, and innovative partnership-building expertise to her consulting and coaching. Michelle conducts coaching and consulting for OWLS in all areas related to organizational readiness and leadership.
In 2009 Michelle launched MZ Enterprises, where she currently provides management consulting services to organizations in both the non-profit and private sector, focusing on developing and implementing new initiatives to further organizational development and workplace wellness.

Michael Neeper has been with OWLS since 2012. He has worked on several projects with the organization, including the Qigong Portal and TeamUpNow. He is a 6th year doctoral candidate at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is currently working on his dissertation in the field of Organizational Wellness.
