Dr. Linde is interested in a diverse set of topics as pertains to well-being across the lifespan. This includes the study of leisure, health, and human development. Past projects include studies in the health and well-being of youth in military families, community capacity building, designing and implementing behavioral health interventions in the U.S. Air Force, and expertise in Motivational Interviewing and Screening, Brief Interventions and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) in a variety of settings and populations. Institute of Creative TechnologiesDirector of Research 

Gale M. Lucas joined the OWLS team as Director of Research in 2016. She specializes in designing and testing technology, interventions and training to improve health, mental health, and resilience, as well as social skills like communication, negotiation and leadership.  She earned her Ph.D. from Northwestern University in Psychology and completed her post-doctoral training at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies. Email: glucas(at)organizationalwellness.com

Vice President of Business Development 
David Steed joined the OWLS team as the VP of Business development in March of 2015. He has previously led business development efforts in the Corporate Learning space for companies such as General Dynamics, Pearson, Adobe and Oracle. David is responsible for creating go to market strategies, sales readiness, sales channel identification and direct sales. David is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Economics. Michael Neeper
Michael Neeper has been with OWLS since 2012. He has worked on several projects with the organization, including the Qigong Portal and TeamUpNow. He is a 6th year doctoral candidate at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is currently working on his dissertation in the field of Organizational Wellness.
